Practicum Products

Here are some of the products which were produced for my host institution to utilize. The maps will be used in a variety of literature for HQUIP. HQUIP is always looking for partnerships in order to facilitate information exchange amongst healthcare institutions. Presenting information about where HQUIP’s current partners are located and about our focus topics (Lung cancer and patient advocacy) are important persuading tools for other potential partners. The Cigarette Smoking Stats presentation, Direct Primary Care Assessment by The Society of Actuaries and the DPC Trends in 2022 Analysis by Hint, INC are presentations with information to be presented to potential partners, in conferences and whenever HQUIP wants to use educational tools to spread information about their focus areas.
